Through mobile and desktop applications you download which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and the Services, including Merchants on Shopify offering the Services;

Children Under The Age of 18

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. The Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to Us by accessing or using the Services. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services.

Type of Information We Collect

Information by which you may be personally identified ("personal information"), such as, name; postal address; e-mail address and telephone number.

Information that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as behavior and usage details on the Site; and/or about your internet connection and the equipment you use to access our Site.

How We Collect information

We collect or otherwise receive information when you register or open an account, sign in, or otherwise use a Service, enter a contest or promotion sponsored by a merchant or by us in collaboration with a merchant store, contact us for support, give us feedback, or complete a survey. We may also obtain information from other companies or third parties, such as when you opt-in to receive SMS messages from a merchant store about your placed order or otherwise synchronize a third-party account or service with your Earlyyy account.

Information that you provide when using the Services by completing forms. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Services through a merchant store while using the App on Shopify and on the Site. The information provided by you, and collected by us, includes, limited details of the transactions and the fulfillment of your orders. We do not have access to, receive, or collect any of your payment information.

We may collect content or other information that you provide or create when you interact with our Services. We may automatically collect certain usage information when you access our Services (“Usage Data“), such as Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, log files, unique device identifiers, pages viewed, browser type, any links you click on to leave or interact with our Services, and other usage information collected from cookies and other tracking technologies. For example, we may collect IP addresses to track and aggregate, retained in pseudonym form (replacing any directly identifying characteristics of personal information), to monitor the locations from which users navigate to our Services. We may also collect IP addresses from users when they log into the Services as part of our log-in and security features. We do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie this information to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or that you provide to us.

Third-Party Advertiser Use of Cookies And Other Tracking Technologies. Currently, we do not have any advertisements on our website, however we may do so in the future, and at that time we will update this Privacy Policy.

Managing Marketing Communications from Us

We will honor your choices when it comes to receiving marketing communications from us. If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us: You may contact Earlyyy at any time to request that your information not be shared with third parties or set preferences when you register with Earlyyy. Please note that even if you choose not to receive marketing communications from us, we will continue to send you mandatory Services communications. EEC data subjects will only receive marketing communications from Earlyyy or Third Parties, if they affirmatively opt-in to such communications, upon initiating service or at another time.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We use these tracking technologies to fulfill your requests for products and services, to improve our services, and to estimate our audience size and measure traffic patterns regarding usage of our Site. Do Not Track – California and Delaware Notice

Our Services are not currently configured to respond to browsers’ “Do Not Track” signals because at this time Earlyyy is not tracking, and if we were to start tracking, currently, no formal “Do Not Track” standard has been adopted. However, the practices of our partners and other third party providers may change as a result of this feature being utilized.

Social Media Features

Our Services may use social media features, (“Social Media Features“). These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting within our Services, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Services. Your information may also be provided to the third-party social media provider to opt you in to or to remove you from our direct or indirect marketing, based on your stated preferences. Where you have determined that the Personal Information we collected about you is inaccurate or processed in violation of applicable law you may also request that your Personal Information be corrected, amended, or deleted.

European Union data subjects may have their data stored in the EU or the United States, and such data may be transferred to the United States to allow for completion of the Services required. All data would be stored and transferred subject to appropriate conditions as provided in the GDPR, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Transfers from the UK or EU to the United States.

Earlyyy collects, uses, and discloses Personal Data from UK and EU Residents for the purposes described in the Privacy Statement and in our Privacy Policy Addendum for UK and EU Residents. The choices and means that we offer for limiting use and disclosure of UK Personal and EU Personal Data are described below in the Privacy Policy Addendum for UK and EU Residents, as well as above in this Privacy Policy.
