We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. The Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to Us by accessing or using the Services. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us immediately at privacy@earlyyy.com. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services.
Information by which you may be personally identified ("personal information"), such as, name; postal address; e-mail address and telephone number.
Information that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as behavior and usage details on the Site; and/or about your internet connection and the equipment you use to access our Site.
We collect or otherwise receive information when you register or open an account, sign in, or otherwise use a Service, enter a contest or promotion sponsored by a merchant or by us in collaboration with a merchant store, contact us for support, give us feedback, or complete a survey. We may also obtain information from other companies or third parties, such as when you opt-in to receive SMS messages from a merchant store about your placed order or otherwise synchronize a third-party account or service with your Earlyyy account.
Information that you provide when using the Services by completing forms. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Services through a merchant store while using the App on Shopify and on the Site. The information provided by you, and collected by us, includes, limited details of the transactions and the fulfillment of your orders. We do not have access to, receive, or collect any of your payment information.
We may collect content or other information that you provide or create when you interact with our Services. We may automatically collect certain usage information when you access our Services (“Usage Data“), such as Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, log files, unique device identifiers, pages viewed, browser type, any links you click on to leave or interact with our Services, and other usage information collected from cookies and other tracking technologies. For example, we may collect IP addresses to track and aggregate, retained in pseudonym form (replacing any directly identifying characteristics of personal information), to monitor the locations from which users navigate to our Services. We may also collect IP addresses from users when they log into the Services as part of our log-in and security features. We may also, when you enable location-based Services, collect Global Positioning System (“GPS”) location data and/or motion data.

We do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie this information to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or that you provide to us.
Third-Party Advertiser Use of Cookies And Other Tracking Technologies. Currently, we do not have any advertisements on our website, however we may do so in the future, and at that time we will update this Privacy Policy.
Account Registration. We use your name, address, phone number, and email address to register your account for the Services we provide and to communicate important information to you.

We may use your information to operate our business, including providing Services you requested, provide you with support related to our Services (such as Customer Service), and to help us protect our Services, including to combat fraud and protect your information.
Customer Service and Technical Support. We may use your name, address, phone number, email address, how you interact with our Services, and information about your computer configuration to resolve questions you may have about our Services and to follow up with you about your experience.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us: You may contact Earlyyy at any time to request that your information not be shared with third parties or set preferences when you register with Earlyyy. Please note that even if you choose not to receive marketing communications from us, we will continue to send you mandatory Services communications. EEC data subjects will only receive marketing communications from Earlyyy or Third Parties, if they affirmatively opt-in to such communications, upon initiating service or at another time.
We use these tracking technologies to fulfill your requests for products and services, to improve our services, and to estimate our audience size and measure traffic patterns regarding usage of our Site. Remember that even if you choose not to receive marketing communications from us, we will continue to send you mandatory service or transactional communications.

Technologies such as cookies, or similar technologies, are used by Earlyyy and our partners (e.g. network advertising partners), affiliates, or analytics or service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking user movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

Your Delaware Privacy Rights
Delaware Online Privacy and Protection Act permits users of our Site that are Delaware residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Our Services are not currently configured to respond to browsers’ “Do Not Track” signals because at this time Earlyyy is not tracking, and if we were to start tracking, currently, no formal “Do Not Track” standard has been adopted. However, the practices of our partners and other third party providers may change as a result of this feature being utilized.
Our Services may use social media features, (“Social Media Features“). These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting within our Services, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Services. Your information may also be provided to the third-party social media provider to opt you in to or to remove you from our direct or indirect marketing, based on your stated preferences. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the relevant Social Media Features.
In accordance with and as permitted by applicable law and regulations, we will retain your information as long as necessary to serve you, to maintain your account for as long as your account is active, or as otherwise needed to operate our business. When you close your account, we may continue to communicate with you about our Services, give you important business updates that may affect you, and let you know about products and services that may interest you, unless you have opted out of receiving marketing communications. In connection with your right to manage your Personal Information you provide to us, you may access, update, change, correct, request copies of your information, or request deletion of your information through the Services in your Account settings on the Site, or by contacting customer support.
Upon request and as required by applicable law, you may contact Earlyyy to confirm whether we maintain, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your Personal Information and to review it in order to verify its accuracy and the lawfulness of our processing of such Personal Information. If you have wish to change or delete your personal information and have an Earlyyy Account, you can edit your information on the "My Account" setting in the Site. Where you have determined that the Personal Information we collected about you is inaccurate or processed in violation of applicable law you may also request that your Personal Information be corrected, amended, or deleted.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Postscript, Twilio and Sendgrid are third-party messaging services used to send messages to Earlyyy- Merchants and Customers about your orders and the product releases. In accordance with, and as permitted by applicable law and regulations, we reserve the right to transfer your information, process and store it outside your country of residence to wherever we or our third-party service providers operate. At this time any United States person’s data shall be stored and kept within the United States. European Union data subjects may have their data stored in the EU or the United States, and such data may be transferred to the United States to allow for completion of the Services required. All data would be stored and transferred subject to appropriate conditions as provided in the GDPR, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
Earlyyy collects, uses, and discloses Personal Data from UK and EU Residents for the purposes described in the Privacy Statement and in our Privacy Policy Addendum for UK and EU Residents. The choices and means that we offer for limiting use and disclosure of UK Personal and EU Personal Data are described below in the Privacy Policy Addendum for UK and EU Residents, as well as above in this Privacy Policy. Earlyyy is responsible for the processing of EU and UK Personal Data that it transfers to a third party (merchant partner) acting as an agent on its behalf.

You may review, update, correct or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us or, if you have an Account, by making edits via the "My Account" section of the Website. If you completely delete all such information, then your account may become deactivated.
If you would like us to delete your account in our system, please contact us at accessanddeletionrequests@earlyyy.com with "Privacy" as the subject line of the email with a request that we delete your personal information from our database.
By registering to use the Services and providing your personal information, you are expressly consenting to receive communications from us. If you do not agree to these terms, then please do not use the Services.
