How long is a reservation valid for?
When an order is placed with earlyyy, we vault the customers card with Shopify. This vaulted card can be used to charge the customer for the remaining balance whenever the merchant wants, as long as the customer has not cancelled.
Are my customers going to have a hard time with earlyyy?
The order flow never leaves Shopify's native checkout. Nothing changes for the customer during checkout, except they're being charged $0. :p
What if my customers need to modify their order? Am I going to drown in support tickets?
When an order is placed, Customers are sent an e-mail explaining how they can manage, change, and cancel their order with our password-less customer portal.
I made too much money! (sold too many pre-orders) Can I still cancel pre-orders I can't fulfill?
Yes! That's one of the great advantages of earlyyy. If ultimately you can't fulfill an order, both you and the customer have the peace of mind knowing their money isn't (or hasn't been) locked up for a long time. $0 spent and $0 back.
